How To Design An Insane Abs Work Out

Summer is here and now is the time to design an abs work out. Many people visit their local gym to exercise those abdominal muscles for the six pack look.

The beach is where exciting things happen and walking along the shore with a dynamite six pack is all that is needed.

Unfortunately all those crunches you have been doing in the spring will not translate to a six pack in the summer. Why? Because you did not design your six pack abs work out program.

How do you do this you ask?

By breaking up your ab training into three separate days and doing this by crunches, hip raises and rotation.

Many people use these three exercises in the same workout. Don’t do this because you cannot target a sp

ecific area and you want to be able to maximize your ab training fully with each workout session.

For instance, you will want to do the crunch variation in one workout so that you tire those muscle fibers fully.

To target your lower abs, hip dominant movements like reverse crunches work the lower portion of your abdomen. Rotation movements like cable chops and Russian twists work the obliques more and you shouldn’t leave these exercise routines out.

Doing a lot of repetitive abs work out just plain doesn’t work.

Train with less repetition and more sets at certain times. This exercise routine will increase your chances of creating more ab definition and a soon formed six pack.

Train each of your three ab days alternately. Do three sets of 10 repetitions on week one and on week two, change your six pack abs work out to four sets of eight repetitions. Variation is the key.

Getting those muscles to fatigue is the ultimate abs work out. Doing this, you are guaranteed a six pack that will be the envy of your friends.
